Crap, I missed this one. A really good one.

OMG. I know I've paid the deposit for the reception venue. But I just found another venue which is soooooo nice. ALAMAK. It's a new place. Can't believe I missed it!!!!! I got to know about this place from an ex-bride's blog - don't even know her. She was a link to a link from a friend's blog. This is why brides-to-be or ex brides' blogs are really the best source of research for wedding planning. That was one of the reason I started this blog.

Hmmm ...called Ibu just now and she said she knew about the place and she had wanted to tell me about it tapi terlupa. She said it's a weee bit more expensive than the one that I've booked and it is located in the heart of KL ... which means traffic congestion. But from the pictures, I think I LOVE the place. Hmmm ... will have to trash out the pros and cons and revisit the budget this weekend. I should also visit the place to see it in real life.

Anyway, I am not keeping my hopes up though. I might lose on the deposit for the venue that I have booked.  And the date will be an issue because Aliff has also made and paid his booking for his venue. So if i manage to switch venues, the date HAS to be the same.

The venue that I have booked is really not bad at all, it's sooooooo affordable and it's really nice. Just the location je which bothers me. Then again, this new place that I found is not located in the best location jugak. So, ok. Takpe. It's not the end of the world. What is important is that I get married. Where the reception dinner will be is secondary. I can always suggest the venue to other bride-to-be. *trying to be positive* Will blog about this place and the confirmed venue for my  reception once a decision has been made. Toodles.
